These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Passto Credit Limited (“Passto”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of Passto’s products and services, including account registration, wallet features, digital identity verification, card issuance, and related functionalities.
By registering for a Passto account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule, and any other applicable agreements or policies available through our website or mobile application.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to register for and use a Passto account, you must:
Be at least eighteen (18) years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence
Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be a resident of any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions
Successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes
Not have been previously suspended or banned from using Passto services
We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose the reason.
Account Creation and Access
To access Passto services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. By registering, you agree to:
Maintain and promptly update your registration details
Use your account solely for personal or authorized business purposes
Keep your login credentials and security verification methods confidential
Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
As a regulated financial services provider, Passto is required to perform customer due diligence. By opening an account, you agree to submit documents and information necessary to verify your identity, which may include:
Government-issued identification
Proof of residential address
Biometric authentication (e.g., facial recognition or liveness check)
Source of funds declaration or supporting documentation
Failure to comply may result in delayed access, suspension, or denial of services.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct:
You agree to use Passto services solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized financial activity
Use your account to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion
Violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights
Interfere with platform security, operations, or other users’ experience
We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or suspend usage if suspicious or prohibited activity is detected.
Fees and Charges
Passto does not charge any activation, deposit, or annual fees.
All applicable fees and charges are listed in the Cardholder Agreement. By using our services, you agree to pay:
Transaction fees (non-refundable under any circumstances, including completed, reversed, declined, cancelled, or refunded transactions)
Foreign exchange conversion fees
Any other fees as prescribed by Passto from time to time
You authorize Passto to deduct such fees directly from your account wallet balance. If your wallet balance is insufficient, we may suspend or freeze your card usage until outstanding amounts are settled.
We reserve the right to revise our fee schedule and introduce new charges for future services. The latest fee schedule is available in the Cardholder Agreement and forms an integral part of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms or related policies
Required by legal or regulatory obligations
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
You fail to complete identity verification or provide required documentation
Upon termination, access to your wallet and card(s) may be revoked. Remaining funds may be withheld, refunded, or forfeited depending on legal and compliance requirements.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We collect and use your data for:
Account creation and verification
Transaction processing
Risk management and compliance
Marketing (only with your explicit consent)
We implement robust technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption and secure storage protocols.
Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months
You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with digital assets and financial technologies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of HKSAR, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule, and any supplemental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Passto regarding the services and supersede all prior communications.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
